Experience
Myo spent nearly 10 years working in finance in New York City. Then, she switched careers to train under James Beard Award winner, Chef Michael Anthony, while working at his Michelin-starred restaurant, Gramercy Tavern and Untitled at the Whitney Museum. Her recipes, writing, and food styling can be found on King Arthur Baking, Food Network, Delish, Food52, Good Housekeeping Institute, and LIVEKINDLY. She's collaborated on the cookbook, Delish Vegan Dinners, and the production of Food Network’s Worst Cooks in America, Worst Bakers in America, Valerie’s Home Cooking, Trisha’s Southern Kitchen, and Girl Meets Farm. She hosted cooking lessons on Food Network Kitchen’s app.
When Myo became a mom to three boys, her cooking shifted to the same meal prep-worthy and nourishing dishes that she grew up eating as a Korean Paraguayan.
Favorite meal when you're cooking for yourself: "My go-to meal when eating alone: An avocado topped with a sunny-side up fried egg, sliced radishes, a generous drizzle of chili oil, and kimchi. Sometimes I’ll add a scoop of rice with a drop of sesame oil."
