The executive producer will co-host the 52nd annual New Year’s Eve special with Rita Ora from Times Square in New York, while TV personality Jeannie Mai will lead the festivities from Hollywood.

Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve 2024 with Ryan Seacrest airs live on ABC and streams on Hulu + Live TV on Dec. 31 starting at 8 p.m. ET. It will run for about five and a half hours.

Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve 2024: Who Is Performing?

Co-hosted by executive producer Ryan Seacrest and singer Rita Ora, the NYC celebration will feature performances by LL Cool J (who had to cancel his 2021 appearance due to COVID) featuring DJ Z-Trip, Cardi B, Megan Thee Stallion, Jelly Roll, Sabrina Carpenter and Tyla.

Jeannie Mai will host the festivities in Hollywood, where she’ll join a musical lineup that includes Aqua, Doechii, Ellie Goulding, Green Day, Janelle Monáe, Loud Luxury x Two Friends with Bebe Rexha, Ludacris, Nile Rodgers & Chic, Paul Russell, Reneé Rapp with Coco Jones and Thirty Seconds to Mars.

Cardi B will perform poolside at Fontainebleau Miami Beach, while Post Malone will hit the stage at the new Fontainebleau Las Vegas. K-pop group NewJeans will also play from South Korea.

Dayanara Torres hosts from Puerto Rico, where Ivy Queen will perform.

The lineup also includes comedy from Gabriel “Fluffy” Iglesias, Patricia Williams, Matt Friend and Sebastian Maniscalco, who will provide commentary on the events of 2023. YouTuber Eric Decker (aka Airrack) will wrap up his “30 Videos in 30 Days” series with an attempt to break the Guinness World Record for visiting the most fast food restaurants in 24 hours, including counter-service pizza shops.
